Ethically and non-violently produced scarves in India, provided by Ekta Parishad (Unity Forum) which has mobilised thousands of landless people, tribal and Dalits in long marches in the struggle for land and social justice. In the making of the scarves, the weavers receive a fair price, supporting local communities.

The weavers are from communities in Chhattisgarh who traditionally produce silk, but whose markets are limited. Ekta Parishad, through its economic wing Ekta Arthick Manch, helps weavers to design and market scarves to supplement their agricultural income and, in turn, support Ekta’s non-violent activism.
