Join us for a guided foraging walk and plant-based lunch in support of three powerful, women-led initiatives in rural India, in partnership with Action Village India, a charity with over 30 years of experience working with grassroots communities.
Led by forager Dragan Obrenovic, this walk explores the seasonal harvest of the area. Raised in a Yugoslavian village, Dragan learned traditional self-sufficiency skills from his grandmother and now holds a diploma in foraging.
The walk will be followed by a delicious, plant-based lunch featuring wild ingredients and dishes inspired by the Madras Café Cookbook, a beautiful publication of South Indian and Gujarati recipes produced by Action Village India.
